Service is amazing. every time we come in to bring the children to play there is always a young lady greeting them & giving them stickers! if anything were to b wrong with our order they would fix it immediately! love this location
Very good service, great employees, the bathrooms and tables were clean, and the food was amazing. I recommend this place to go to if you are in town and you are hungry.
We came here for our anniversary/birthday lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was wonderful, and the place soooo clean!! None of this surprised us because this is always true. However, a worker offered to take our picture with both of us when he saw us doing it selfie style. Then after a couple moments, another worker brought us a couple vouchers and brownies as a celebratory gift. This chick filla goes beyond to satisfy customers. Highly recommend.
I went today on 4/1/23 - in the morning it was super busy & i think their system went down so a lot of people we're waiting longer than usual for their orders including me. Mine got canceled for some reason, i wasn't upset i just asked what happened. The manager or whoever was kind and got me my food. While others were rude to them you can CLEARLY see that they were busy trying to get through the rush and chaos. It's important to know that 1. Most of them are kids - be nice to them, they don't know how disrespectful and rude adults are and they're doing their best. 2. They're preparing and making your food, be respectful 3. Things happen when it comes to systems it's not their fault Stop being rude to workers especially when things are out of their control, it stresses them out & you You'll get your food. - good things come to those who wait They were very sweet and i hope they all have a better day!!!!! Over rated food/price wise and I feel bad for the staff because they don't get paid enough for what they have to do. This is considered "fast food" technically so it is one of the best. Not that hard to claim that title in Peoria though. If you want the workers to always be positive and the food to be hot I would recommend.
Great choice for fresh chicken. The spicy dishes are not for the timid. I love them. Too bad not all locations have the Spicy options
